FLIP BUN WITH A TWIST

HOW TO

With Bb.NYC Flagship Stylist Alex

STEP 1.

Using a brush and your hands, begin to smooth and gather your hair into a ponytail at eye level. Secure with a hair tie.

STEP 2.

Divide your ponytail into two equal sections and twist each section 2-to-3 times in the same direction.

STEP 3.

Now, cross each section over one another in the opposite direction, wrapping around the base of the ponytail, creating a bun. Depending on the length of your hair, you may need to twist more and wrap twice.

STEP 4.

Use a second hair tie to secure the bun. Make sure to leave out the ends of the hair, creating the look of a flip bun.
